The Russellville School District (hereinafter, “RSD”) is requesting vendors to submit
qualifications to provide school-based health clinic medical and mental health services to
students, staff, and families at all school levels. Services will be provided during the school day
and summer hours will be established as needed.
Required Documentation to Submit:
Qualifications, grant support letter and completed grant partnership form.

Timeline:
Partner companies will be chosen and notified by April 1, 2024. The grant application will be
submitted to DESE for review. Grant recipients will be notified by DESE in late spring.
